Terms & Conditions - Dwarka Cab Line
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a ride or using the services of Dwarka Cab Line, you (“Customer”) signify acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Please review them thoroughly. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.
3. Booking & Payment
- Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment, if required.
- You agree to pay the fare as listed on our website at the time of booking. Additional charges may include tolls, parking, night charges, vehicle extra hours, or fare revisions.
4. Cancellation & No-Show
- If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
- Please refer to our detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy for full terms on refunds, including 100% refunds for cancellations made 4–5 days prior and no refunds within 3 days of booking.
5. Acceptable Use & Conduct
- Do not smoke, consume intoxicants, litter, or damage the vehicle’s interior.
- Do not request the driver to violate traffic laws or overload the vehicle.
- Violations may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
6. Service Guarantees & Limitations
- Dwarka Cab Line does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not liable for delays due to technical, operational, or external events beyond our control.
- Our liability for any claim or loss is limited to the fare paid by the customer. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.
7. Vehicle & Driver Standards
- All drivers are professionally trained, experienced, and familiar with local routes and outstation requirements.
- Vehicles are maintained regularly. In case of emergency cancellations (vehicle failure, extreme weather), you'll be given a full refund or the option to reschedule.
8. Lost Items
Lost items must be reported to us within 24 hours. We'll attempt to retrieve them on a best-effort basis, but are not liable for loss or damage.
9. Privacy & Data Use
We collect personal data strictly for service facilitation and will not share it with third parties except as required by law. For more, refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be resolved in the courts where Dwarka Cab Line operates (e.g., Dwarka jurisdiction in Gujarat).
