1. Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Request a cancellation 4–5 days before the scheduled pickup date—enjoy 100% refund and no cancellation fees.
- Late Cancellation (Less than 3 Days): If you cancel within 3 days before the ride, no refunds will be issued.
- Same-Day Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup, it’s treated as a no-show, and no refund will be processed.
- How to Cancel: Simply call our customer support or email us with your Booking ID and ride details, and we’ll assist you promptly.
2. Refund Policy
- Full Refund Guarantee: Eligible cancellations (4–5 days in advance) receive 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed in 3–5 business days, though actual timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Method: Refunds are made to the original payment method—UPI, card, wallet, or net banking.
- Special Exceptions: In extraordinary circumstances like emergencies (with valid documentation), our management may consider partial refunds, even if canceling closer to the ride date.
3. Rescheduling Bookings
- Notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled pickup.
- Rescheduling depends on vehicle availability and any applicable fare changes.
- Only one reschedule per booking is allowed.
4. No-Show Policy
If you don’t show up for the ride and haven’t canceled in time, it’s treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Dwarka Cab Line may cancel bookings due to unavoidable issues (e.g., vehicle unavailability, technical problems, or severe weather). In such cases, you can opt for a full refund or reschedule your trip—complimentary and hassle-free.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy as needed, ensuring it remains fair, transparent, and customer-friendly.
